Wasn't Rushed

I just wanted to take the time to provide my feedback regarding InterNACHI’s member marketing services. To be honest, I was initially concerned that the quality would not be up to par. I was also skeptical about the offer to have my logo custom-designed for free with a basic order of business cards. Yes, I was way off!  Firstly, within a short time of placing my order, the team got in touch to get a sense of what I was looking for. Having reviewed my wish list, the designer sent me an initial draft. This was already greater service than I had expected, since this happened in just a few days. I told the designer what I liked and provided greater guidance on what I was looking for. I received a revision that turned out to be the final product. It was excellent! Modern and clean, yet with a structure that would allow for greater marketing flexibility. Next came the work on my business cards, and again the service was professional and not rushed. We had some back-and-forth before settling on the final design. Once it was finalized, I received my cards within a week. Since then, I have received nothing but approval and praise for my logo and business cards. The value provided by InterNACHI® is not easily found elsewhere. My takeaway from this whole experience is to ensure that I take that same high-quality service approach with my clients.
